Rory was raised by a minister who worked the orchards alongside members of the Latino community. Rory learned the importance of helping others and being their advocate. His father's deep involvement in the community shaped Rory’s lifelong drive to support those in need. These values have guided his approach to public service and his commitment to giving back.

The City of Glendale must prioritize its residents, not corporate interests. While large corporations continue to receive tax breaks and incentives, working families are burdened by rising costs in housing, food, utilities, and transportation. Taxpayer dollars should be reinvested directly into our neighborhoods, schools, infrastructure, and local services to ensure that every resident receives their fair share.
🏠 Housing & Homelessness: Dignity and Solutions 🏠
Glendale can no longer ignore the growing crisis of housing affordability and homelessness. Current leadership has treated our unhoused neighbors as a nuisance rather than people in need. I will champion real solutions, like affordable housing initiatives, access to mental health and addiction services, and long-term supportive housing, to address the root causes and restore dignity to all members of our community.
🛣️ Modern Infrastructure: Roads & Public Spaces 🛣️
Glendale’s streets, sidewalks, and public spaces deserve serious investment. Our residents should feel safe walking through their neighborhoods, and our roads should be free of potholes and disrepair. Community spaces should be a source of pride, not frustration. I will advocate for long-term, sustainable upgrades that make our parks, streets, and shared spaces cleaner, safer, and more accessible. If elected, I will work to bring designated accessibility parking to downtown Glendale, because a truly welcoming city must be accessible to everyone.

Our first responders and public servants are the backbone of Glendale. From police and firefighters to sanitation and public works employees, they keep our city safe and running. I support increasing resources, training, and staffing to ensure these critical teams have the tools and support they need to serve our community effectively and equitably.
